Q: How to pack the products?

Standard export sea-worthy packaging, the inner layer has a waterproof paper outer layer with iron packaging and is fixed with a fumigation wooden pallet. It can effectively protect products from corrosion and various climate changes during ocean transportation.

We mainly produce Cold Rolled Steel, Galvanized Steel (GI), Galvalume Steel (GL), Pre-painted Galvanized Steel (PPGI), Pre-painted Galvalume Steel (PPGL) Coil & Strip & Sheet, Corrugated Roofing Sheet, Tinplate, Aluminum and steel materials production. We arrange further-processing for these products, e.g. corrugated steel sheets, pre-painted roofing sheet, slitting coils to strips and so on.

WORKSHOP

Currently, our factory has two rolling mills, two zinc plating production lines, one aluminized zinc plating production line, two color coating production lines, three decoiler and tile press machines. The two zinc plating production lines was put into operation in 1990 and 1991 respectively, and upgraded and renewed in 2010 and 2015 for the equipment.

We imported the advanced technology from Germany, Japan, Belgium and America, UK etc. for iron-smelting, steel-smelting, and processing steel sheet, also equipping with the complete automatic system.

Now our annual production capability could reach 600,000 tons including Galvanized, Galvalume, Prepainted Steel Coils etc but not limited the raw materials only. We also could make corrugation, slitting, bending, punching and other deep processing services.

QUALITY CONTROL

Our factory has passed the ISO9001 quality certification system, the environmental management system, and accepted the third-party inspections of SGS/BV/QC and others, it has established a complete set of quality assurance system.

The workshop is equipped with the quality testing room to test the zinc layer, hardness, plating film thickness, T-bend, gloss, impact test, moisture resistance, and so on. Each part of the production must undergo the strict quality testing to ensure the product quality. Under the system of a set of quality inspections, there are complete procedures from ordering to production and delivery, and the overall is implemented under the ERP information management.
